Sauce
- 1 part mirin
- 1 part white sugar
- 2 parts miso
- Cut eggplant into cubes (or whatever).
- Slice bell pepper (or similar) into strips.
- Saute in oil.
- Mix with sauce.
Best served at room temperature.
